Integration of german based shipping method

Hi there, we integrated Snipcart and its looking quite nice so far. The cart loads a bit slow but i hope this will improve. We need to integrate DHL Deutsche Post International (Post & Parcel Germany) to create shipping labels after purchase. Is anybody interessted in developing this extension and how much would this cost? Please let me know to get in touch.
