Order in abandoned cart but PayPal payment went through

I have a client who has a customer that created an order that is still in abandoned cart, but their PayPal went through. I don’t see anything unusual in the logs. Could someone help me research? I can provide all the necessary details (order number, timestamps, etc).

No problem, the more obvious it becomes, the sooner they might see it! We launched a new product today, typical timing… Thanks for pointing out the abandoned cart thing, I was able to send out an email to everyone who had abandoned cart so far this morning!
