On the page where you can see abandoned shopping carts, it doesn’t show anything for the last 7 days, but if I set the filter to “anytime” it first shows me 2, then if I run the search again a bit more. What’s more, almost none of the abandoned carts I test show up on this page.
How can I solve this problem? Because I think it’s coming from snipcart only.
