Add links to another page to checkout summary

I have a request to add some text and a link to a couple of legal pages during the checkout process. Ideally on the small cart or cart summary.

Any ideas on how to achieve this?

You can override most elements in the cart, here is the documentation on customization Customization – Snipcart Documentation
