Adding Braintree

Hello,

We’re setting up Snipcart on our site and want to use our existing payment gateway of Braintree. I know it works in our country because we are already using it on our site. We have filled in all profile information about location etc but we don’t have an option to enable it. How does Braintree get enabled? See picture:

Please make sure to set up your account in live mode, as it is required for Braintree.
