Can a notification sent via email be set up if there is an issue with processing a credit card via Snipcart?

Can a notification be set up if there is an issue with processing a credit card via Snipcart? I would like to know if this is happing before a customer emails us.

@keithkk Snipcart sends an email notification when a webhook fails, but there is nothing currently available for a merchant to be notified when an error in the checkout process occurs.
