I think very important feature is missing, there is no dashboard to manage customers with account in my store. I can’t see how many of my customers have accounts, I can’t help them with password issues and so on. This feature is present only on the front end as a store admin I don’t have any control over my customer.

While there is definitively room for improvements, it’s worth noting that you can see a list of your customers in this section of the dashboard: https://app.snipcart.com/dashboard/customers
From there, you can change some information such as billing and shipping address.
It’s also possible to filter your customers by status. A
confirmed status means that the customer created an account in your store, while
unconfirmed means he passed at least one order without creating an account.
