Does Deferred Payment Order Value ONLY get added to the 2% IF the order is PAID?

This question might sounds a bit redundant but I want to make sure of the information that I will give to the client.

As the title suggests, does Deferred Payment Order Value ONLY get added to the 2% every month IF the order is PAID?

What will happen if the order is “cancelled” or “processed”?

I assume

  • if “cancelled”, the order value won’t get added

  • if “paid” or above, even with deferred payment, the order value will get added

Any help is appreciated

Hi @MorningTide ,

The transaction will be charged and added to your 2% fee automatically, and it will only be removed if the order is cancelled.
