Does snipcart charge 2% for cancelled orders e.g. customer does not complete the deferred payment and we have to cancel the order.
Snipcart does not charge cancelled transactions with the payment types deferred payment and pay later. All other transactions are included in the 2% calculation.
Just a follow up question. What about if a “processed” paid transaction need to be refunded afterwards, and then updated to “cancelled” within the same or 1-2 days? Will it be charged 2%?
Yes, the only exclusion is deferred or pay later transaction which have been cancelled.
