Downloading of digital goods being blocked by antivirus


I have emailed support about this issue but thought I’d ask here as well. After failing to download a test file due to “network error” I figured out that my antivirus software was the culprit and was only able to download after disabling it. I’m worried about customers running into this problem because they might not know how to fix it and it makes the transaction feel kind of sketchy. I’m not sure there’s anything I can do about this on my end but I’m hoping there’s a fix for this.


Unfortunately, we won’t be able to do anything if an antivirus blocks the site from downloading the file as it’s a setting applied by the antivirus software itself.
