Hi we are experiencing a problem with card processing. An error message appears: “An error occurred while processing the card. Try again later or with a different payment method”. The customer was using a Visa card. She then tried PayPal instead which seemed to work but the transaction didn’t go through. Authorize.net then sent an error message to the owner of the website.
