I have an issue where Free Shipping discounts aren’t working properly - as you can see in the screenshot the Free Shipping discount has been applied, but shipping has still be charged.
there is something not configured correctly I believe. As it works fine for me.
Check the cost did you put 0 in there? for your free shipping method.
