Features and language used around customers in Snipcart should use gender neutral pronouns as the identified gender or even the scientific sex of an individual isn’t collected by Snipcart (nor should it be).
Currently the activity log uses “he” (masculine pronoun) where it should default to “they” which is neither masculine nor feminine. Or simply rephrased to say “Customer has been notified that its order has been shipped and has received a tracking number.” (changing “he” → “has”).
