Where do I set a handling fee and can I make it integrated so the customer does not see it?

The handling fee can be set in the shipping section of the dashboard:
This must be a fixed fee, we don’t support percentages at the moment. The handling fee won’t be visible to the customer, it’s a fee that will be automatically added to every shipping rates.
