I was able to download my order history for every year except 2017. That was the year we started to use your site.

Can you try downloading the invoice in a 6month batch and see if that helps. For example from Jan 2017 to June 2017. If that doesn’t help can you send us an email to geeks@snipcart.com with the email that is used for the account?
