I see tons of questions asked in these support forums with basically no responses. I emailed the support team with no response. Is this product being actively developed or supported? I see errors that have absolutely no documentation in the snipcart site. “Live settings might be crushed” or whatever. No mention of that whatsoever. I installed that main API script in my website markup, I have the add to cart button on the store page with the absolute URL IT LIVES ON, yet snipcart can’t find it. I have it DIRECTLY LINKED. Why can’t snipcart go to a direct link? I’m at my wits end and I just want to sell stuff for my business and I’m tired of fighting this.
Same sentiments. As long as I am developing my website with Snipcart the more I see a lot of problems. Support seems nonexistent. I can’t see updates. The 10 dollar minimum fee is not worth for testing the platform.
On the other side, I have requested to waive my first month and was granted. They replied within 24 hours. I have tested Shopify, Ecwid, and Woocommerce. So far Snipcart is the best for my current needs. But if my business grows, I will move to either Shopify or Woocommerce.
LOL so support finally got back to me on how to cancel (didn’t answer or address a single other issue I brought up) and they linked me to the instructions on how to cancel. It’s buried in the profile settings but you have to be in Live mode. Thing is, it errors out when I try to cancel lmfao. This is honestly insane. I don’t think these people actually want to do any troubleshooting. Like they’re only responding to people with the most basic issues that have already been covered. I legit might have to just do a chargeback/change my MF credit card if it keeps going at this pace.
They were able to cancel my plan on their end but still waiting on any type of support or troubleshooting suggestions on the original problem I was having. They only addressed my not being able to cancel the plan.
