How to troubleshoot an unspecified error?

Is Snipcart down?
I have a client trying to submit a payment, and she’s tried twice. When she presses the “Continue to Payment” button, she gets an error:
“An error occurred, try again later or contact us.”

But is there any way to contact you other than through this community? Do you have a real Support Desk?

My store had a customer report the same issue on August 10th.
