Dear all
Ever since I have changed my invoice prefix and starting number, the numbering on my invoices has gone haywire.
When I changed the prefix to 2023 at the beginning of the year and wanted the invoices to start back at 001, they failed to do so, only to change later from
2023-101 to 2023-1001, 2023-1002 etc.
I’ve tried to set them back to the right number (next umcoming order should be 2023-13) but I’m afraid that it won’t work.
Can you check this out?
