Hi everyone!
Snipcart has been working wonderfully for me until recently. A few nights ago, the checkout stopped working. At the very end when the user pressed “Place order”, the order did not go through.
I investigated a little bit using the browser’s devtools as well as the “developer logs” section in the Snipcart dashboard. The only error is:
error: A problem occurred when performing an operation in Authorize.Net.
Unfortunately, that is the complete error. There is no more infomation. I have reached out to support and they are investigating. But, that seems to be taking time, so I would like to get feedback from fellow snipcarters while I wait.
My Question is:
- Is anyone else using Authorize.net for their gateway and has successfully received orders in the last 2 days? Please let me know, that is useful information!
- Is anyone using authorize.net for their gateway and hasn’t been able to receive orders in the past 2 days?
- Has anyone dealt with this error before?
