Issue: both tax rates are being applied

I have 2 tax rates set up (21% and 6%) and using the data-item-taxes attribute so the client can select a tax rate via the cms (Kirby). However, when checking out the cart I can clearly see both tax rates being applied, what am I doing wrong? Can someone from support reach out?
