Live/ Test mode an accidental payment to snipcart

Hi,

it seems that I was on Live Mode although I thought I had the switch on “Test”. I still use snipcart locally and build a test shop. Can I please not pay the 10 bucks anymore? Is there a support email address I can post to?

In the meantime I deleted my live API key, I guess that was a good step. Right?

You can send us a ticket to geeks@snipcart.com and when you do so please make sure to include the email that is used for the account. For now, you can follow the steps below to cancel the subscription.

  • Log in to your merchant dashboard.

  • Make sure you toggle the Live mode at the top of the screen.

  • Click on the small user icon at the top right corner.

  • Under the Account section, click on Profile.

  • Click on the black Cancel my account button.

I don’t want to cancel the subscription. I’d like to develop a test shop for to show and sell it to customers.
