My customers are complaining they're not getting emails

@slemieux will there be another platform that we can integrate with?
I have been told twice by SendGrid they will not approve my account and looking at a lot of desperate people who are getting the same news here: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/sendgrid.com

Emails have also stopped working for me and my customers as well as of a few days ago (with years of no issues and no changes on my end to our sendgrid setup. My colleague who has their own Snipcart account reported that a password reset email never came through, which I would assume should come from Snipcarts own email setup rather than our snipcart setup.

Hi all,

The issue should now be resolved. Sendgrid finally went through and fully restored our account.

Every message that should have been sent since the begining of the incident should be delivered in the coming hours.
