Having a little problem. If we add a comment to an order, the comment isn’t emailed to the customer. The info message at the top of the snipcart dashboard is telling us, that the comment is sent to the customer, but the email, if it has been sent, never arrives at the customers inbox (neither at the spam folder). Have testet with the original order comment template and with a customized one. Neither works. Any idea?

The issue was fixed, but you might need to refresh the dashboard a couple of times, or do a hard refresh (CTRL+SHIFT+R
) to make sure the cache gets cleared.
OK, now the email is sent to the customer (after sending a test email to myself from the template editor page). Now we can see an entry in the developer logs, stating the email is sent. Even such an entry was missing before. But OK, it works for the moment.
Have not seen your answer while typing my one. Confirmed, problem is solved.
