Order Download issue

I am needing to download our orders. I tried to download them but I get an error that can not be downloaded. Not sure if it is because it is over 18,000 orders. Can you help me download the orders for egofishing.com?

Hi @keithb, thanks for reaching out!

There is a known issue where exporting too many orders at once times out. We unfortunately do not have an ETA for when this will be fixed.

I would recommend, however, to download them in smaller batches by filtering the orders by date. I would suggest downloading them by batches of a month or two.
