Pause webshop for a while

Hi, is there a way to pause the snuipcart webshop for a while. Due to a vacation we are unable to ship orders for about a month.

Save a copy of the index-copy.htm and replace it w/vacation index.htm. Change back when your selling again.

Thanks for your reply, it’s appreciated!

It is an idea I thought about myself.
But the search results on searche engines still point to the products and can be bought, and besides not a good solution for SEO.
That’s why I was hoping on a setting in snipcard to pause the shop.

I have a modal popup I enable when we’re out of the office for a while. It tells the user we’re out of the office till X date and all orders placed in the mean time will ship on that date. It’s also set with a cookie so it comes up once, no matter the entry page, and won’t come up again till they close the browser and re-visit so it’s not annoying.

This allows people to keep placing orders so you don’t lose much business and has no effect on SEO.

Great solution. For the moment I changed my whole webshop page with an out of office message.
I also think it would be a great feature for snipcard to integrate a pause-webshop solution.
