Recurring Subscription Payments Suddenly Stopped

I’m reaching out regarding an issue with a couple of our active customer subscriptions.

The recurring payments had been processing correctly on a weekly basis for about 6 weeks, but as of March 21st, the charges suddenly stopped — even though the subscriptions still appear as Active in the dashboard.

Here’s what we’re seeing:

  • Subscription status: Active
  • Last payment processed: March 21st
  • Next billing date shows as March 28th, but no charge has been processed since
  • No errors or payment failures appear in the logs

We haven’t made any changes to our product setup, and the code has been working up until now. We’d appreciate some help investigating why the recurring charges suddenly stopped and how we can get these subscriptions billing again.
