Sending the wrong Abandonned cart email template

Hi there,

I created a template for the Abandonned cart email, but when I try and send the actual email from the abandonned cart details, it’s sending what looks like the default template. Is there something I’m missing ?

After looking into the issue, we noticed that the template language was FR in uppercase, because of this, our template engine couldn’t find it and therefore returned the default template.

It’s important to make sure that the template languages are in lower case.
