Shipping error 400 (Bad Request)

When I enter my address to test the shipping calculation, I get this error:
An error occured while fetching rates from a carrier. Review configuration in Store Configuration > Shipping. See developer console for more details.

Button has weight, width, height and length provided.

I have a valid address configured in my account and I am using Poste Canada as the carrier.

We are aware of the EasyPost 401 error. I’m pretty sure that is not the issue. However, I’ll be glad to look up the error regarding your shipping rates.

Hi and thank you! Finally, we found out my client didn’t use the correct credentials to connect Canada Post. This is now fixed.
