In testing a product, we’ve set a £30 shipping cost when the cart total is over a certain amount.
At checkout, the price briefly shows at £30 before inexplicably changing to £25. There’s no discount applied.
The product in question has a 20% tax (not applied to shipping). However I calculate it, the total seems to be incorrect or off by £5.
What might cause the shipping rate to change in the cart?
