We are getting 10s+ response times for the JS API (app.snipcart.com/api) for any cart operations (add, delete, change qty, etc.) Almost unusable as of 2pm CT.

I can’t say anything definitively, but AWS is experiencing a huge server outage today. That might be related?
Some of our services experienced degraded performance, which temporarily caused slower response time than usual for a couple of minutes during this period.
Everything should be back in order now.
