Stuck at "Preparing payment..."

Hi there!

I’m setting up Snipcart for my client here: Buy

Once I move on to the checkout page and click on PayPal, I get a message saying “Preparing payment…” and it gets stuck in a loop, could you help me out solve this issue?

Have you fixed the issue? I’ve just taken a look at your website, and I was successfully redirected to PayPal.

If not, can you try clearing your cache/cookies and report back?

Hi, some of our customers get stuck at the third step (the Paypal payment) of the checkout. The spinner keeps loading and it says that the payment is being prepared, but nothing happens. Is there something we can do to fix this? Thank you very much! Andrea

We’re using React+UIKit and the payment gateway is PayPal.
We’ve changed some templates (using a separate html file that plays nice with React) and a few localization strings.
We tried to disable Analytics enhanced ecommerce in Snipcart settings, but the problem persists.

Some customers were able to complete the purchase in incognito/private mode, but we can’t force them to clear their cookies or switch the browser.

We’re losing some sales, please help!

Is there a solution to this? I can’t figure out why it is doing this. I have cleared my cache and tried it.
