This may be an inventory bug

I’m not sure if this is a bug or if I’m not implementing something correctly.

I have an inventory item with 20 in stock.
I had ten orders, and my inventory shows 10 remaining items in stock.
However, one of the orders was for a quantity of 2 items. My real remaining stock is only 9 items.

Is there an option to have the inventory count the number of items ordered and not just the number of orders?

Hi there,

After some verifications, it seems like you had 9 orders for this product, 8 of them with a quantity of 1, and one of them with a quantity of 2, for a total of 10.

Can you confirm on your end?

Yes, you’re correct.
I forgot that the tenth order came to me directly via Venmo instead of ordering through the website.
