Trying to connect Braintree to our shop

Hi!
We’re having trouble trying to connect Braintree service to our shop.
We’re not able to select Braintree option from the list of available gateways, how come?

We’re in Italy, according to the countries that support Braintree eveything is fine… Does anybody know what might be the problem here?

Make sure you setup your profile here. This is required because we need to validate if your country supports braintree.

I have done this but I have the same problem. I’m in the UK and already use Braintree on our website so it is definitely supported here. Any ideas?
