Unable to Process Payment

I have a customer who has tried several times (two different days) on two different devices to check out and it keeps saying that the payment can’t be processed. The error is “Unable to Process Payment. Try again later, or contact us for support.”
Since this customer tried we have received orders from others and I have tested it myself and the payment went through.
Any suggestions?
