We have orders being placed that do not appear on our dashboard for up to 30min. Is there an issue with SnipCart at the moment>
I’ve had that happen in the past as well, but not recently. Orders still push through (we get the email confirmation), but don’t show on the dashboard for a while. Not sure why.
Orders are also very delayed for me, sometimes even an hour. Important for us to receive them fast because we used it to operate restaurant.
Can we have update on this?
Our orders seem to be working fine now. It was just that one day that we had issues.
