URGENT: Snipcart is no longer processing orders

I know there is another thread, where people started posting about this, but the other thread is over 2 years old.

Since yesterday evening CET, orders made with Snipcart through our website are being processed by the payment provider, but no webhooks are called and no confirmation emails are sent (neither to us, neither to the client). Also, the product is still in the cart for clients that already made a successful payment.

I hope you can fix this as soon as possible.

Same issue here, payments go through but show up in Abandoned carts…

Hopefully the support team can resolve this quickly :pray:

hmm, mine don’t show up in abandoned carts. and I’m getting the copies of confirmation emails which is how I know there should be more orders and what the contents were, but true that they are not showing up in the list of completed orders.

Understand it’s very early in Canada but if anyone has any method of directly contacting a member of the team please do so. We have had the same issue across client sites since 5PM on Sunday GMT.

It looks like Snipcart is dying since the original founders sold the company. That’s how it seems to me. It’s sad… because it was a fantastic service. I wonder if there’s any alternative, but this might not be the right place to ask…
