URGENT! - Update Order Webhook Has Stopped Working

This morning we have noticed that when the order status is updated in Snipcart it is not sending a Webhook.

Is there a problem or has there been a change as this has been working fine for months? I have checked the Webhook Requests and there is no record of recent order updates.

We have the same problem.

@ppanth @charles This is a MAJOR issue as our automations are no longer working.

Just got a flood of Order notifications and updates, so that’s good. However a test order I placed earlier did not.

There was a downtime in our background processing service which is in charge of processing completed orders and displaying them inside the dashboard.

This has now been resolved, and all missing orders should now be available inside the dashboard.

If this isn’t the case, please get in touch with us by email with the order ID (geeks@snipcart.com), and we’ll take a look as soon as possible.
