Variation gone blank after a new order

I have product variation setup for all my products.
After I receive an order, all the variation gone blank in snipcart. And an item which is gone out of stock, a user can actually place an order for that.

Any suggestions?

Product Id is 121 . though I have corrected it to the right variation.
