I’m using the 3.2.2 javaScript SDK, and I get this error in console when I try to add a new item to the cart:
I haven’t set up any shipping method because the store doesn’t need them (products are all digital services). So why is Snipcart trying to fetch the shipping-rates?
@francesco.lorenzetti I do believe that you have the shipping toggled on and since you don’t have any method and the shipping is toggled on it’s probably causing the error. Can you go to Shipping in your dashboard and toggle it off.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue can you send us an email to support@snipcart.com with the email associated with the account then we should be able to check it for you?
