Is there a way to offert the third product when the cart contains 3 differents products ?

The free product discount type is currently only for identical products.
We do have some ideas on how to improve discounts, including your use case.
I encourage you to add a topic to the Feature requests - Support | Snipcart section so others can vote and share their feedback.
