Trying to pause account but I still getting billed

Hi there,

I am trying to pause my account
I have followed this help post :

and I have clicked the provided link in the article : Login - Snipcart

When I click the link the current API key vanishes, but when I go back to the page a new API key is being generated again.

I am still getting billed every month even though I don’t want to right now…
Should I cancel my account and re-open it once I need it back ?

Can someone give me some help here, because i am pretty sure that’s something that should be fairly simple to achieve but I can’t … :slight_smile:
